I am experienced psychometric professional and career coach. I have worked mainly in IT and education industry and proficient in student career coaching skills. I have worked with Nirdesh Educational and Research Foundation, Siddhi Psychology Centre, The Mentor, Jetking Infotrain, ECIT (Govt. of India Enterprise) and Teksun Inc. (an MNC).

After working with almost with every level of students and employees, I realized that there is a huge gap between education and employment. Every graduate coming from colleges need something more to get employable. There are many aspects starting right from suitable career selection to work skills which are missing in school and colleges due to exam orientation and overburden of curriculum.

Since then I have been a consultant helping parents to select a right career option for their child. For that I am published a career option selection book for kheda and anand District since 2012 also we conduct career awareness seminar in various school and colleges in kheda and anand district.
